How about the ability to create a template for an entire project?
I have several basic projects that I need to manage for various customers that involve the same steps, but have different dates. It would be great to be able to create the basic templates for each project then combine those templates into a single project. For example, I have a Roof project, a Gutter Project and a Siding Project. Some customers need only one item, some need all 3. I'd like to be able to quickly build a project based on combining 1 or more of the sub project templates.

Only task owner can delete the task and confirm the completion
Task assigned people can select task complete but need approve by the task owner to confirm. For task delete, I believe can do by the task owner only.

Task Progress in %
Better to build a field to keep check the progress for each task in %. So that we can know the progress of task before completion. This is useful for Team working project.

How can I add the tasks and set a time so that it includes automatically in the schedule calendar?
As soon as you add a task, there should be a pane where I can edit the time and days of duration of the task, as in most Project management tools. Then, this should add automatically to the calendar and the timetable.

Shortcut key to add tasks easier
From the task page, need a quicker way to add/edit tasks with less clicks/actions, and also with less 'loading' required. (Opening and saving tasks is currently slow at loading)

Tasks and subtasks check boxes inside notes.
I want to know and change what I have been noting to myself and reading all along about a certain topic. For example: Did I finish reading a certain article or not, what other articles are going to be a main category or a subcategory. I want to also sort these subs tasks and categories inside my notes. I definitely would love to see a chart and map visualizer of all that I'm doing in Manage It !

theme
Prefer a theme not a bright as light and not dark. Contrast is the element missing in the new dark theme and light theme's text and icons. I know the main concern is legibility, so enough visual definition gives the brain an easy job of "seeing".
Maybe use a slightly darker blue in some parts of the light theme?
Maybe a charcoal grey that is lighter than the new dark theme?
Maybe in adjusting those colors take care to not lose the clarity of the icons and other symbols?

Integrate Manage IT with Workflowmax for all tasks, jobs, etc. This would be a massive boost to commercial use.

OneDrive for Business
tried to link OneDrive with my Office365 Office account name and pwd and received the”usual” error message that Microsoft sends. Practically speaking MS has a sort of 2 clouds (servers?), one for accounts on Microsoft (ie. Provate/B2C) and one for Office365 (ie. Business/B2B).
It seems that the only OneDrive that lyncs with Manage it is the private one. To certain extents, this is not what business users want to do because of the different privacy levels of files in both clouds.

Project to PDF
Export project to pdf. Displays all current tasks, schedules, includes all notes and photos. Basically a nice pdf document of the entire project. People assigned with their contact info the works.

Hyperlinks
Yeah I want to see hyperlinks capabilities inside my projects and my notes with tasks and subtasks options inside my notes so I can move them around.
I want a window to pop-up from my task showing me my subs inside my notes. Say I have a reading list with hyperlinks on them.
Don't forget I want to see a map can't of all that I'm connecting, referring to in all that I'm doing inside Manage It ! Please !!!

Time and place in calendar and map, plus a map to visualize it all.
I need to see time and place for each date I have in calendar. Also a map visualizing the interconnectivity of my tasks and subtasks across various spaces and projects.
