Deleting a task and changing the date
Deleting a task and changing the date permission should only be given to the admin, not everyone.

Show the main task of a sub-task in the calender view.
In calendar view, most of the times I like to see the main task name of a sub-task that I have to complete on a particular day.
Also, if there are multiple sub-tasks from the main task, the calendar view should show the checklist of the sub-tasks under the main task name in the column of the day.

Alarms, Desktop and or Phone notifications
Would be great to have Alarms to let you know when something is due.
Windows Desktop (not the app) and Phone (like SMS) notifications would be great also!

Show repeating tasks on Schedule overview
I'd like to be able to see the repeating tasks on the schedule overview.
I use Manage IT more for my family and the tasks in the home.
Being able to see "Trash due" on every Wen. at a glance would be great!
And able to assign certain people to rotate the task responsibility.
Like John takes out the trash on every other week and Jane does the other two.3 votes -

There should be a feature to move Projects between Workspaces.
Setting things up in a non-optimal way at the start leaves groups and companies stuck with a hard decision to tough it out or trash everything they've already setup; organizational structure changes will also wreck an existing setup.

Implement an "Undo" feature for tasks which were accidentally marked "completed" and thus erased.
An accidental mouse click in the checkbox immediately marks a task as "completed" and erases it and all its notes without a verification dialog popping up. Implement an "UNDO" feature to restore accidentally deleted tasks and all notes, and also implement a dialog box "are you sure this task is completed and can be erased" so this can not happen via just one click.

performance indicator
It would be good to have the option for the assignee be able to "rate" how this task is going, and for the manager to also put in a rating. helps to track performance. Exports of this data and filter options based on this would be good.

Notes checklist
Sometimes you want to be able to have a checklist of things done to complete a task without having to make a dozen subtasks. For example, Pick up office supplies, with the list of supplies to collect in a check list inside the task note. If your in the supply store you can use the task to check things off as you get them.

Duplicate a Project, instead of by task/ Create your own Project Template
Having to go into each task and click on the task menu (3 dots on the right of each task) is almost just as time consuming as just creating the task from scratch.
