Add the ability to copy/duplicate tasks and subtasks.
All my tasks have the same sub-tasks. I would like to be able to duplicate the tasks and the underlying subtasks and rename the task so I do not have to keep creating the subtasks over and over again. I don't see a way to do this currently, so if there is a way, I apologize in advance.
26 votesWe now offer the ability to duplicate a group of tasks. This functionality is live on the web app (http://manageitapp.com) and should make to all the native apps some time this week. You can use this functionality to duplicate tasks to a new project (like project templates) or to the same project.
To use this functionality click on the task menu (the 3 dots on the right of each task) then click “Duplicate task…”. This functionality is available to any company that has more than 2 projects.

Enable timezone settings
The date format is set for US. This can be confusing and cause errors for us in Europe for example
22 votesWe just added the option to change your date format in your Settings→Profile under “Locale”
We pushed the change to the website:
https://app.manageitapp.com/It will be in the native apps in the next update.

Please provide means to view all my tasks across all projects on a single dashboard.
Curently one needs to open each project and view the tasks there in. Need a dashboard for the user to view all tasks across projects, so that one can prioritize work for a day.
14 votesToday we added a new “People” item in the left navigation pane. This will allow you to see everyone in your company and what they are working on across all of your projects. Between the “People”, “My Tasks”, and “Calendar” features you should be able to get a good overview across all projects.
Make sure you have the latest version (3.8.0) to see this feature. It might take a few days for your device to get the update, iOS devices might take up to 2 weeks for Apple to approve the update.

Create new tasks at the bottom of the list
When I'm entering a list of tasks I usually think of them in order of importance, and the current method of putting newest tasks at the top of the list means I have to manually rearrange them. It's very counter-intuitive.
14 votesThanks for the feedback, you now have the option to add to top or bottom of list. You will now se an arrow next to the add task field, just click it to choose to add to top or bottom of list.
This is live on the website now but it may take a few days to get to all the app stores on all the different devices.

EU data format
Configuration of data format: EU date (dd/mm/yyyy) or US date (mm/dd/yyyy). This feature is more than expected i.e. when displaying the due date. Exactly as it already works for Get It Done application. Thank you

The limitation for me is in terms of detailed individual project management. It seems to me that Manage It is very near to what I want but could do with expanding to include timelines and the function to set and see deadlines for each task element within a project perhaps illustrated across a calendar. Perhaps a bit like a gantt. This would enable project staff to set and organise their tasks within the context of a project programme each with its own deadlines, must do’s etc which I can view and drill down into-does this make sense?
13 votesAlthough it is not a gnatt chart, we added functionality that will help in this area. You can now add the “effort” of a task. You can also resize tasks on the calendar:

import task list from Excel
I have an existing list of tasks and owners. it would be nice to be able to import the entire list of tasks rather than having to enter each individually.
