Add a custom calendar for members assigned to a project
I am aware of the Project Calendar (as it should be named), but I would like to see a "User Calendar". My team and I would like to share our daily schedules so we know when a good time to set up meetings and work times would be.

How about the ability to create a template for an entire project?
I have several basic projects that I need to manage for various customers that involve the same steps, but have different dates. It would be great to be able to create the basic templates for each project then combine those templates into a single project. For example, I have a Roof project, a Gutter Project and a Siding Project. Some customers need only one item, some need all 3. I'd like to be able to quickly build a project based on combining 1 or more of the sub project templates.

Please make it possible for the project manager to set the notifications for each member in the company.
Providing these permissions to access the notifications by the project manager will allow non-participating members of the company to be removed from unassociated project updates.

Keep Due date when the task is completed and track completed date and due date
When the task is completed, we can not see the due date of the task. So is impossible to know whether the task was completed on time or not. Would be great if task completed on time has a different color than the one not completed on time.

Add a report section or a dashboard
where you know which task got delayed and by whom by how many days/hours..
Basically a dashboard where you can view Upcoming work, Completed work, over due tasks & due today.9 votes -
Task Template
Duplicate a Project, instead of by task/ Create your own Project Template
Having to go into each task and click on the task menu (3 dots on the right of each task) is almost just as time consuming as just creating the task from scratch.

In the Work window add a filter to be able to choose due date prioritising
A filter to view the work load by due date would make it quicker for me to understand which task has next priority, instead of going through all the task categories to see which ones are due/overdue etc

Be able to set a state to each task, more than complete, like "Pending", "Started", "Advanced" and "Complete"

Add option so you can run report by person / project / tasks sort by any of those and choose date range. This would provide a great work management tool.

Provide budget/cost monitoring with the statistic/pie chart
User input their budget and can add the progress of the payments, so they can monitoring the total expenses (with statistic/pie chart or else will be perfect).

performance indicator
It would be good to have the option for the assignee be able to "rate" how this task is going, and for the manager to also put in a rating. helps to track performance. Exports of this data and filter options based on this would be good.

I would like to attach emails related to a task for people to see any communication related to that task.

Task Progress in %
Better to build a field to keep check the progress for each task in %. So that we can know the progress of task before completion. This is useful for Team working project.

Add functionality to arrange tasks which are dependent on the completion of prior tasks.
Require prior tasks be completed before this dependent task can be completed.

add the ability to set the start date of a project
add the ability to set the start date of a project, when I assign a task that is more than 1 day, people get confused even though I set the effort. The calendar will show the amount of time based on the effort, but when looking only at the project it will only show the end date.
