Add time and location based reminders.
Limiting reminders to a single daily email is not sufficient and is a deal breaker. Time reminders should be a requirement, location based reminders would be a bonus.

OneDrive for Business
tried to link OneDrive with my Office365 Office account name and pwd and received the”usual” error message that Microsoft sends. Practically speaking MS has a sort of 2 clouds (servers?), one for accounts on Microsoft (ie. Provate/B2C) and one for Office365 (ie. Business/B2B).
It seems that the only OneDrive that lyncs with Manage it is the private one. To certain extents, this is not what business users want to do because of the different privacy levels of files in both clouds.

Master Task Roll-up and Roll-down Button
A button that allows the user to roll-down all the subtasks with one click rather than having to individually click all subtasks.

The ability to see other people's starred task
We have been using the star button to show what task we are currently working on. It would be nice for me to have the option to view projects assign to other people and see which task they have starred. Than we can see what each other are working on currently.

Consider Non Working Time on the Calendar
update MI to allow non working days to be allocated to the calendar with the effect automatically considered in respect of task effort.
We are experiencing problems when allocating effort and the task is shown running over Saturdays and Sundays

Add the ability to lock the calendar or add a confirmation after dragging an item to a new date
Please add the ability to lock the calendar or add a confirmation after dragging items to a new date to prevent accidental movement. I found out the hard way that all you have to do is drag a project to a different date on the calendar and it will change it with no confirmation. My 2 year old started moving colors around, luckily I caught it before he rearranged the whole calendar.

Add a "Point System" to tasks
I have said before (in another post) that this is the BEST task management system that I have worked with in more than 30 years. I, and my boss, LOVE IT!
What if you add a "Point System" to each task? In other words, the "task-master" would assign 1 to 10 points for each task created. Now, once the task is completed, the person to whom the task was assigned receives those points, which will be stored in his/her vault. Create Project Teams
Allow the ability to create project teams and add members.
Additionally, allow assigning tasks to a Project Team, which will address all members of that team.

Add Task Option "N/A"
In addition to 'Assign Task', 'Attach File' and 'Star Task' add another option to a task:
Mark task as "N/A"
This would be useful option when creating Task Templates.
Instead of manually removing certain tasks that don't apply to a project, which might have users wondering "Where's Task X", you simply mark it as "N/A"

Have a way to uncheck the whole list
I create projects like packing list or grocery list. I wish there was a way to uncheck the whole list so i can start my "todo" list from the beginning.

Add an undo and trash feature
One o my employees accidentally deleted a note and now its gone.
Suggestions:
1) Add an undo feature in notes and comments
2) add a backup and restore feature
3) Add a "Are you sure" delete dialog to deleting tasks
4) add restrictions in permissions set by admin for delete, edit and add functions.
