Allow me to make our workstream public (open business)
The future of business (especially charity) is openness and transparency. Being an innovative organisation, we want to embrace this, and can't with Manage It.
I want us to be able to make all (or most) of our work stream viewable (if not partly interactive, to an extent) by the public - without them having to log in. (It's one of the reasons millions of people use Google Docs, Trello, and a bunch of other collaboration tools).

Hyperlinks
Yeah I want to see hyperlinks capabilities inside my projects and my notes with tasks and subtasks options inside my notes so I can move them around.
I want a window to pop-up from my task showing me my subs inside my notes. Say I have a reading list with hyperlinks on them.
Don't forget I want to see a map can't of all that I'm connecting, referring to in all that I'm doing inside Manage It ! Please !!!

Integration with WFM
Integrate Manage IT with Workflowmax for all tasks, jobs, etc. This would be a massive boost to commercial use.

Add Messenger
Add a messenger or a chat room under the main menu or people. This will allow two of the staffs (not connected on social media) moving to different directions get in touch and resolve issues quicker.

Color label before the final task
make sure that 1-2 days before the final task the colour of the label associated with the deadline is different, so as to emphasize the next deadline without having to read the text of the label; thus raise at a glance the vision task expires

Project and task visibility
I would like to be able to assign people to entire projects, so they can see each task for the project. It's not helpful to my team that they cannot see all tasks in a project. I would still like to be able to assign tasks to specific people while allowing everyone assigned to a project to see all tasks.

Overview comments and attached documents
There does not appear to be a way to add overview comments and documents that should not be closed off like tasks. This would be useful for scope, budget etc.

Notes on the project level
Would be nice to be able to outline details of the project on the root level, rather than creating a "Details" task and outlining information within that.

Have a way to change the completion date of a task
When a task is marked as completed, it stays on the day it was marked. This is problematic if someone completes a task and doesn't mark it off the same day, as it clutters the feed for the next day.
Perhaps keep it the current way as default but have an option to change completion date.

Ability to view or filter tasks with no due date only
Have a filter to be able to choose to view only tasks with no due date so it is easy to see which tasks need to be scheduled out yet.

There should be a feature to move Projects between Workspaces.
Setting things up in a non-optimal way at the start leaves groups and companies stuck with a hard decision to tough it out or trash everything they've already setup; organizational structure changes will also wreck an existing setup.
