Show repeating tasks on Schedule overview
I'd like to be able to see the repeating tasks on the schedule overview.
I use Manage IT more for my family and the tasks in the home.
Being able to see "Trash due" on every Wen. at a glance would be great!
And able to assign certain people to rotate the task responsibility.
Like John takes out the trash on every other week and Jane does the other two.3 votes -
Alarms, Desktop and or Phone notifications
Would be great to have Alarms to let you know when something is due.
Windows Desktop (not the app) and Phone (like SMS) notifications would be great also!

Better intergation with Microsoft One drive for business
When downloading a file with Firefox there are char codes added to the file name for blank spaces so the file would be PULLEN%20WD%20JAN%2019%20.pdf. One drive for business does not allow the % character in the file name

theme
Prefer a theme not a bright as light and not dark. Contrast is the element missing in the new dark theme and light theme's text and icons. I know the main concern is legibility, so enough visual definition gives the brain an easy job of "seeing".
Maybe use a slightly darker blue in some parts of the light theme?
Maybe a charcoal grey that is lighter than the new dark theme?
Maybe in adjusting those colors take care to not lose the clarity of the icons and other symbols?

Shortcut key to add tasks easier
From the task page, need a quicker way to add/edit tasks with less clicks/actions, and also with less 'loading' required. (Opening and saving tasks is currently slow at loading)

Need to be able to write comments on Project
currently you can make comments on tasks in a project but not on PROJECT itself. if i create a project i want to put a project description. nowhere for this to go short of writing it in word and then attaching it as a file which is a pain.

Have an "deselect all" in the calendar view
I often want to view just ONE project in the calendar view and I have a lot of projects, so manually deselecting ALL the other projects is time consuming and annoying. If you had a 'Deselect All' featured, that would be great. Then I could deselect all and quickly select the one project I want to view on the calendar.

Show the main task of a sub-task in the calender view.
In calendar view, most of the times I like to see the main task name of a sub-task that I have to complete on a particular day.
Also, if there are multiple sub-tasks from the main task, the calendar view should show the checklist of the sub-tasks under the main task name in the column of the day.

Remove your own edits in the history tab on the right
I honestly don't care what I've done. I know what I've done. I care most what others have done to my list. If you want to keep a running history, at least let you filter out your own actions.

Improve email notification
Please include the details of the note in the email notification. Although other people in the project get an email notification task it assigned to them, they don't really have any context. For instance, if you assign them a subtask like Email campaign (level 1 task) and underneath that say Review (level 2 task), it only says "Review" in the email and didn't include the notes description. It requires people to log back into ManageIt, when it might be more useful for them to see the full details in the email.
