  2. The ability to draw or sketch a diagram or floor plan as an attachment.

    The ability to draw or sketch a diagram or floor plan as an attachment. Or even to take a photo and mark up the photo to describe the scope of work. I know this is lofty but I know you guys can do it. :-)

  3. Create a membership geared to individuals, pricing is high, free is limited

    Trying this out as a family to do app and love it, but pricing is geared to corporates, please offer more project fields in the free membership!

  4. "Parent" tasks should not show up as completed tasks.

    Currently, when i go to the "completed tasks" area, all parent tasks -- with sub-tasks assigned -- are showing up as completed. Shouldn't only checked off tasks show up as completed tasks?

    Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. I know this response is long over due but I wanted to explain our stance before closing the feedback. Originally, we wanted to keep all feedback alive FOREVER but we need to keep the numbers low in order to keep productive. Hence, we are spring cleaning…

    You can remove a person from your company with the following steps from the web browser:

    1) Go to the People tab on the left
    2) Click on the person you want to remove
    3) Click on Permissions at the top
    4) At the very bottom of the page is a red link to remove the person from the company.

    Because we are linking real users here, you cannot edit the person’s email address. If the email address was typed incorrectly from the beginning, just email us at manageit@marcucio.freshdesk.com and we can fix it for you.

    Hi Amit,

    I apologize that this response is long over due.
    As of right now, there is no way to undelete a task.

    If this is still an open issue for you, please contact our support team at manageit@marcucio.freshdesk.com. We might be able to look into the logs to salvage some data but we make no promises, especially since it’s been over year. We can certainly try, though.

  9. Note section : HTML capabilities?

    Would be helpful to be able to add a hyperlink in the notes section. Would be even nicer to have ability to add pics/screenshots?
