ical url for phone/outlook 1-way sync
why not creating an ical file for the overall project (and optionnaly for tasks that are assigned to the user only)

We added support for subscribing to ics calendars, it is live on the web app (https://app.manageitapp.com) and the mobile apps will get the update sometime this week. for more information see this:
