    I have got around this by setting up a number of task STREAM eg a Communication Stream. I can then group all the communication tasks under this.
    The project when all subtasks are hidden only has 5 STREAMS you can easily drill down to the tasks you need by opening the appropriate stream

  3. Add functionality to arrange tasks which are dependent on the completion of prior tasks.
