Systems like Todoist, IQTell, OmniFocus, etc. have more functionality and are in the range of $29 - 79 per year per subscriber

When you are in a project (click the projects button then the project), click the “Active” button at the top of the screen. You will be given options to see all tasks, just completed, or just active tasks.

If you click on the task you can change the title and the note. If you are requesting something else please let us know. You can edit every aspect of the task. Contact us directly if you are having issues using the app.

Have a way to add tasks to bottom of list
for the most part, i've already organized the list in priority order. i just need to add something to the list so i don't forget. I'll prioritize it later

I wish the starred items would stay in teh same order as I have them in my task list
RIght now, it's shown in the order that you've starred them. I've already taken time to prioritize the big list. I wisht the same order could be preserved when I switch to filtering by starred items

Have a print option (nicely formatted)
I like to print and tape up a task list for a big weekend project so we can easily see what our planned weekend looks like and what tasks we want to accomplish each day. This is especially useful for big projects that require us away from mobile/computer and dealing with a group of people that are involved and do not have a manage it account

Add the ability to create a template from a task list
Lots of projects have a similar set of tasks. Would be nice to be able to save a project as a template for use on the next project. :)

1 voteWe now offer the ability to duplicate a group of tasks. This functionality is live on the web app and should make to all the native apps some time this week. You can use this functionality to duplicate tasks to a new project (like project templates) or to the same project.
To use this functionality click on the task menu (the 3 dots on the right of each task) then click “Duplicate task…”. This functionality is available to any company that has more than 2 projects.

Please add the date that the task was created to the export file.
For printing a task list from the export file it is helpful to show the date the task was created so that we can flag items that have been outstanding for a long time.

Unfer the tabs "My Tasks", subtasks assigned to me should show under the main Task
In the My Tasks view, sub tasks show up without the main task heading. In case there are more tasks with similar sub tasks, then it becomes confusing. Hence in this view, the main task should show up with the nested sub task assigned to me.

Export to Excel
Are you able to export the task list to Excel? Include due date, person, task description?
1 voteYou can export to a spreadsheet that can be opened in Excel:
- open a project
- click on the wrench icon
- click “export project as csv” -
List view in calendar should show project name
List view in calendar should show which project the task is assigned to, not just the color code. Difficult to keep track if there are many colors.

Allow admin to disable attachments and links to external cloud storage sites.
We need to disable the ability for people to attach documents and/or link to an external cloud storage site. This is necessary for our company security policy.
