  4. Ability to view or filter tasks with no due date only

    Have a filter to be able to choose to view only tasks with no due date so it is easy to see which tasks need to be scheduled out yet.

  5. The ability to TEXT a task or sub-task to specific people directly to their phones.

    Along with the ability to email a task, to send a task or sub-task via text to a specific person or group without assigning the person or group will be an effective way to save time & increase efficiency.

  8. Effort to be adjustable smaller amounts

    Please can the Effort be adjustable by at least 15minute intervals and not just quarter days. To input a bespoke amount of time would be even more useful

  9. Have a way to change the completion date of a task

    When a task is marked as completed, it stays on the day it was marked. This is problematic if someone completes a task and doesn't mark it off the same day, as it clutters the feed for the next day.

    Perhaps keep it the current way as default but have an option to change completion date.

    Push schedule reminders for tasks on both app and pc platform. or set time allocations for tasks with reminders to commence other task. I work on many projects a day and sometimes a will miss a task. So if a reminder pops up i can finish one tassk and attend to the other. it will help with time structuring for the day specifically if there are set appointsment to attend to. This app is great but if it had my idea it will be the best out there. I am currently using another app to do this for me if…

  11. Reoccuring tasks have the same file link.

    Attach a file to a repeating task that is attached to the reoccurring tasks down the line. For example if I attach an excel document from OneDrive to a repeating task, then mark it complete this week when the next reoccurrence of the task to come up, the same file will be linked to the document.

  12. Add Task Option "N/A"

    In addition to 'Assign Task', 'Attach File' and 'Star Task' add another option to a task:

    Mark task as "N/A"

    This would be useful option when creating Task Templates.

    Instead of manually removing certain tasks that don't apply to a project, which might have users wondering "Where's Task X", you simply mark it as "N/A"

  13. Provide budget/cost monitoring with the statistic/pie chart

    User input their budget and can add the progress of the payments, so they can monitoring the total expenses (with statistic/pie chart or else will be perfect).

    Allow the ability to create project teams and add members.

    Additionally, allow assigning tasks to a Project Team, which will address all members of that team.

  16. Additional functionality to creating a 'Template' project

    When assigning tasks to persons in a Template project one might assume there are tasks assigned to them, which in fact isn't the case for it concerns a 'Template' project.

    Disallowing persons from this 'Template' project via the Permissions option isn't a solution either. This removes the assigned person to a specific task from the template task.

    Possible solution:
    - add option publish to 'Live Environment' and/or 'Design Mode'

  17. Include Parent Task info with Daily Overview Emails

    The subtasks listed in your Daily Overview email need to be grouped by their respective parent tasks. The emails are not very useful without this additional information to provide context.

  18. Percentage/stage of completion

    I suggest percentage/stage of completion of project should be added to the app to show progress in an effective way
