It would be incredibly nice if the system would send a push notification or email to either a administrator or administrators (selectable) for a project when a task is emailed directly to a project.

Please add the ability to lock the calendar or add a confirmation after dragging items to a new date to prevent accidental movement. I found out the hard way that all you have to do is drag a project to a different date on the calendar and it will change it with no confirmation. My 2 year old started moving colors around, luckily I caught it before he rearranged the whole calendar.

Color label before the final task
make sure that 1-2 days before the final task the colour of the label associated with the deadline is different, so as to emphasize the next deadline without having to read the text of the label; thus raise at a glance the vision task expires

Settings option to Confirm the completion of a task
It would be nice to have an option in the settings menu to enable/disable if a confirmation message will be displayed when completing a task.
In my case, it happens quite often to try and add a new task/sub-task and by mistake clicking on the completing box for a task (and not noticing at that time).Thanks in advance and keep up the good work !

Reports
Add option so you can run report by person / project / tasks sort by any of those and choose date range. This would provide a great work management tool.

better contrast between text and backgrounds
Make light blue not so light. Choose a contrasting value light or dark so text stands out. Difficult to see blue on whilte or white on orange.

Consider Non Working Time on the Calendar
update MI to allow non working days to be allocated to the calendar with the effect automatically considered in respect of task effort.
We are experiencing problems when allocating effort and the task is shown running over Saturdays and Sundays

Activity history should not create instance for each letter.
Activity history can be helpful. But if i change Task name, for example, from "Dog Show" to "Cats and Dog Show", an activity instance is created for each letter in the change of "Cats and ".

The ability to see other people's starred task
We have been using the star button to show what task we are currently working on. It would be nice for me to have the option to view projects assign to other people and see which task they have starred. Than we can see what each other are working on currently.

Add Messenger
Add a messenger or a chat room under the main menu or people. This will allow two of the staffs (not connected on social media) moving to different directions get in touch and resolve issues quicker.

Tenants underneath a master account for MSPs
Allow MSPs to add tenants/companies. So then the highest level is account. Directly underneath account should be employee email address. Underneath that should be Customer Company name. However think of this Customer Company Name from the perspective of a large MSP (with thousands of customers). This would allow the 50+ project managers that work for my company mindSHIFT (a large MSP) to create a ManageIt account, then create projects for each of their customers - ensuring that those tenants can only see their projects.

Need to be able to write comments on Project
currently you can make comments on tasks in a project but not on PROJECT itself. if i create a project i want to put a project description. nowhere for this to go short of writing it in word and then attaching it as a file which is a pain.

Add the option to change colors on projects and tasks within (maybe a choice of 10 colors). With a marketing plan with multiple tasks assigned to different people, different colors is a must to make it clear to see on a calendar. Please add this!

Add Next Action and Reminder
Currently, you post the task and set a due date! There are often several actions that need to happen from start to finish. Having just the due date without the ability to set "Next Action" within a task, with a day, date, time reminder makes the app less effective. This "next step" is common in CRM apps to notify user when to make the next call to a prospective customer

Track between due date and completed date.
Show how many days between the due date and completed task. In case its late.. We can know how many days we late on the activity list.
