  4. Yearly etc. overviewing of projects in "schedules"

    yearly, half year and quartely overviews of the projects where everything can be seen in one page to easily observe workloads. Would help management to evenly distribute work on different employees thus avoid rush peaks.

  6. In the Work window add a filter to be able to choose due date prioritising

    A filter to view the work load by due date would make it quicker for me to understand which task has next priority, instead of going through all the task categories to see which ones are due/overdue etc

  7. add the ability to set the start date of a project

    add the ability to set the start date of a project, when I assign a task that is more than 1 day, people get confused even though I set the effort. The calendar will show the amount of time based on the effort, but when looking only at the project it will only show the end date.

  8. Add functionality to arrange tasks which are dependent on the completion of prior tasks.

  9. Create a printable form for the tasks

    Since folks may end up with a number of task, wouldn't it be nice to be able to print out your tasks either one or two per page so that if your job takes you away from your computer, you can jot notes and enter in your completions when you return.

  15. Ability to move a Project to a new Workspace.

    Seriously LOVE your app! Would be great to have the ability to move a Project to a new Workspace. As it is now, I have to create a new project in the desired Workspace, then go in and manually move each task in from the Project in my old Workspace, then delete that old Project once all my tasks are moved. ...Unless I'm missing something... Thanks!

    I know this response is long over due. Originally, we wanted to keep all feedback alive FOREVER but we need to keep the numbers low in order to keep productive. Hence, we are spring cleaning…

  16. How can I add the tasks and set a time so that it includes automatically in the schedule calendar?

    As soon as you add a task, there should be a pane where I can edit the time and days of duration of the task, as in most Project management tools. Then, this should add automatically to the calendar and the timetable.

  18. Add a report section or a dashboard

    where you know which task got delayed and by whom by how many days/hours..
    Basically a dashboard where you can view Upcoming work, Completed work, over due tasks & due today.

    Integrate Manage IT with Workflowmax for all tasks, jobs, etc. This would be a massive boost to commercial use.
