  2. Create Appointments within the Projects

    I need to be able to create appointments (Start date/Time - End Date/Time) to be able to track within the Calendars. This will permit me to make a meeting time, which will then populate to all the members within that project. It also allows for my staff to be able to make a meeting at a client request and be able to see the schedule to know what times fare free. This also permits billable time for things like meetings.

  3. Add ability to add dependent tasks and dependent projects

    Dependent tasks reason are obvious but I also have need to dependent projects. Example: need to uograde from LDAP to AD before OneDrive rollout

  4. Need More Colors!!!

    We need more color options for projects. It's important that multiple projects do not share the same color. Is there a way to use a Color Picker or something similar to assign more color options?

  7. Effort to be adjustable smaller amounts

    Please can the Effort be adjustable by at least 15minute intervals and not just quarter days. To input a bespoke amount of time would be even more useful

  8. Timestamp on every note added to Task

    It would be nice to see the date/time when you last added a note to the task.

  9. Ability to move a Project to a new Workspace.

    Seriously LOVE your app! Would be great to have the ability to move a Project to a new Workspace. As it is now, I have to create a new project in the desired Workspace, then go in and manually move each task in from the Project in my old Workspace, then delete that old Project once all my tasks are moved. ...Unless I'm missing something... Thanks!

    I know this response is long over due. Originally, we wanted to keep all feedback alive FOREVER but we need to keep the numbers low in order to keep productive. Hence, we are spring cleaning…

  14. Create a printable form for the tasks

    Since folks may end up with a number of task, wouldn't it be nice to be able to print out your tasks either one or two per page so that if your job takes you away from your computer, you can jot notes and enter in your completions when you return.

  19. Consider Non Working Time on the Calendar

    update MI to allow non working days to be allocated to the calendar with the effect automatically considered in respect of task effort.

  20. Assistance in localization for Russian.

    Multi-language in app is an advantage over other similar apps because it's easier to learn or use the app in their native language, than internationally.
